Ken Roczen rocks 'em at Hangtown National

KTM Red Bull factory rider Ken Roczen from Germany reigns at the 46th running of the Hangtown Motocross Classic. The KTM riders occupied the top spots at California track. Roczen ran away from the field and that was all she wrote at Hangtown. Those questioning the teenagers ability to endure a 35-minute moto need not question any longer.
Roczen's 1-1 gives him the points lead as the series heads to Lakewood, Colorado, this Saturday.
With a 2-2, Dungey is only five points shy of Ken.
Each of the Red Bull KTM riders has finished on the podium in all four motos this year.
Trey Canard's 3-4 just barely edged JS7's 5-3 to give him third overall.
The Honda Muscle Milk duo of Trey Canard and Justin Barcia followed the Red Bull KTM boys, finishing third and fourth, respectively. They had a battle going later in the race but seemed so evenly matched, with Barcia unable to pass his teammate.
Both riders could have had much bigger days at Glen Helen last weekend if it weren't for misfortunes - Canard went down after Stewart ran into the back of him in Moto 1, and Barcia's chain broke in Moto 2.
At this point, Red Bull KTM looks like the dominant team, but Canard and Barcia are battling for the status of "third-best rider" so far early in this season.
A little further back, Weston Peick - in his first season with a factory ride - made a nice charge mid-race to crack the top-ten and work his way up to eighth.
